Privacy Statement
This document was updated September 14, 2026.
At Pat Zaby, Inc. dba InTouch Systems (“InTouch,” “we,” “us”), we are
committed to protecting your privacy. You can travel through most of our site without giving us any
information about yourself. But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request,
and this statement of privacy explains data collection and its use in those situations.
Collecting Personal Information
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or
allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you are asked to register before
entering a contest, ordering e-mail newsletters, joining a limited-access premium site, or when purchasing
and registering InTouch products. Personal information collected by InTouch is often limited to your e-mail
address, but may include other information when needed to provide a service you requested.
Use of Your Personal Information
We use your personal information for four primary purposes:
- To make the site easier to use by not making you enter your personal information more than once.
- To help you quickly find services or information on InTouch.
- To help us create and deliver content most relevant to you.
- To alert you to updated information and other new services from InTouch.
Google User Data
InTouch connects to your Google Account only when you choose to link it. You may use InTouch without
connecting a Google Account. This section explains what Google data we access, why we access it, and how
we handle it.
What we access. When you authorize InTouch, we request only the following scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email — to identify your account and
associate it with your InTouch profile.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile — to display your name and
profile image within the application.
How we use it. We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the features you
request within InTouch. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell or transfer it, and
we do not use it to develop, train, or improve any generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence
or machine learning model.
How we store it. OAuth tokens and any Google user data we retain are encrypted in
transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel who require it to
operate, support, or secure the service.
How we share it. We do not share Google user data with third parties, except: with
service providers that host or operate InTouch on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the
data to providing services to us; when you explicitly direct us to; or when required by law or to protect
against fraud, abuse, or a security threat. We never share Google user data for marketing or promotional
purposes.
Retention and deletion. We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide
the service to you. You may disconnect InTouch from your Google Account at any time at
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions,
which immediately revokes our access. To request deletion of Google user data we have stored, email
privacy@intouchsystems.com. We will delete the data within
30 days of a verified request.
Limited Use. InTouch’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs
to any other app will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements.
