Privacy Statement

This document was updated September 14, 2026.

At Pat Zaby, Inc. dba InTouch Systems (“InTouch,” “we,” “us”), we are committed to protecting your privacy. You can travel through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and its use in those situations.

Collecting Personal Information

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you are asked to register before entering a contest, ordering e-mail newsletters, joining a limited-access premium site, or when purchasing and registering InTouch products. Personal information collected by InTouch is often limited to your e-mail address, but may include other information when needed to provide a service you requested.

Use of Your Personal Information

We use your personal information for four primary purposes:

Google User Data

InTouch connects to your Google Account only when you choose to link it. You may use InTouch without connecting a Google Account. This section explains what Google data we access, why we access it, and how we handle it.

What we access. When you authorize InTouch, we request only the following scopes:

How we use it. We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the features you request within InTouch. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell or transfer it, and we do not use it to develop, train, or improve any generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning model.

How we store it. OAuth tokens and any Google user data we retain are encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel who require it to operate, support, or secure the service.

How we share it. We do not share Google user data with third parties, except: with service providers that host or operate InTouch on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to us; when you explicitly direct us to; or when required by law or to protect against fraud, abuse, or a security threat. We never share Google user data for marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and deletion. We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide the service to you. You may disconnect InTouch from your Google Account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately revokes our access. To request deletion of Google user data we have stored, email privacy@intouchsystems.com. We will delete the data within 30 days of a verified request.

Limited Use. InTouch’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

SMS/Texting

Data collection: We collect your name and mobile phone number when you sign up for InTouch and when you begin an SMS conversation. We will use your data solely for sending updates, customer service, and responding to inquiries you initiate related to our products and services.

Data security: We protect your data through encryption and secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Data retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from our SMS list. After unsubscribing, we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

Non-sharing: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with our SMS service provider to enable messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Use of Cookies

To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, InTouch collects aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies and similar analytics technologies. We use this information to understand how the site is used in aggregate; we do not sell it or use it to build advertising profiles.

When a user visits the site, a cookie is placed on the customer’s machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the site previously. InTouch also uses cookies in connection with the use of your account on the website. You may accept or reject non-essential cookies using the consent banner presented on your first visit, and you may clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and periodic review of our security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures.
