Setting up with InTouch is fast and simple, typically taking about 30 minutes. If you prefer a hands-on approach, a step-by-step wizard guides you through the process. Prefer assistance? Customer service can remotely access your computer and handle the setup for you.

The quickest way to get started is by exporting your contacts from your database to a CSV file, a format compatible with most contact managers, and then importing it into InTouch using our easy step-by-step wizard.

We also support direct imports from Outlook and Google. You can upload multiple lists into categories at any time, and our system will automatically handle any duplicates for you.

Need extra help? Customer service can remotely access your computer and upload your contacts while you watch, or you can simply email your list to Support@InTouchSystems.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.


You are not limited to the number of uploaded contacts, provided you have an existing relationship with them. Purchased or acquired lists are not allowed, ensuring InTouch Systems remains fully compliant with SPAM regulations.


Weekly articles can be automatically sent as newsletters to your contacts on a schedule you choose—weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly—and you can select the specific day of the week for delivery. While monthly may be too infrequent and weekly could feel excessive, we recommend a bi-weekly schedule, depending on the volume of other email communications you’re sending.

In addition to newsletters, automated emails can be scheduled for special occasions like holidays, birthdays, wedding anniversaries, home anniversaries, and clock changes (where applicable).


Yes, all articles are fully editable. Each week, you’ll receive the upcoming article on Sunday, giving you the option to read it, make edits, or delete it entirely. You can choose to have articles sent automatically or review and edit them before they go out. All of these settings can be easily managed from your setup options.

 


We will never use, sell, trade or in any other manner distribute your contacts to ANYONE. You can export all of the collected information at any time. The only mail your contacts will ever be sent will be addressed from you.

 


Memberships can be monthly or annually. You can terminate your membership at any time and your credit card will not be charged at the next renewal date.

 To cancel, you must send an email from the email address of member to Support@InTouchSystems.com.


If the your blog can be posted by email, InTouch can be set to post automatically.  Wordpress, Blogger, TypePad, and Tumblr allow posting via email.

Otherwise, a simple copy and paste procedure will allow the user to facilitate the postings.

 


With hundreds of millions of people on Facebook, it's highly unlikely that your friends will overlap significantly with other agents in your area. Even if you are connected to another agent who uses InTouch, your friends won’t see their posts through your feed. Additionally, Facebook doesn’t show all your posts to all your friends.

To further ensure uniqueness, InTouch randomizes postings. In the rare instance that one of your friends is also connected to another agent using InTouch, it is unlikely they’ll see the same post on the same day.


Yes, the mailings and postings will go out under one team name with one group photo.  The database will have to be combined. If you want to keep the databases separate, it will require separate memberships to InTouch.

 


Some InTouch users subscribe solely to enhance their blog content, while others find it worthwhile just for the automated social media posting. You have the flexibility to use any or all of InTouch’s powerful features. Start by letting InTouch handle your social media posts, and then expand by adding contacts to receive valuable articles directly.


Your database is always a work in progress and never truly finished. Import your current database now and let InTouch start working for you automatically.

As you refine and update your database, you can re-import it to InTouch as often as needed. InTouch will seamlessly manage duplicates and update existing entries for you.


Absolutely! Posts on your personal Facebook page tend to reach more people than those on your business page. Sharing helpful content for homeowners not only builds your brand as a REALTOR® but also keeps you top of mind with your network.

You can do this by sharing posts from your business page where InTouch will have automatically posted for you or directly from the InTouch dashboard—but both require you to remember to take action.

Posts made directly to your personal page often get better visibility in your friends’ feeds.  To make this easier, InTouch offers a Daily Post Reminder. You’ll receive an email Monday through Friday, and in under a minute, you can post naturally from your phone or computer, ensuring your content reaches more people effortlessly.

 


No, posting to your personal Facebook page does not violate site rules when done in the spirit of offering helpful information and support to your community. Social media is intended to connect people and share valuable content. The posts InTouch creates for you align perfectly with this purpose, focusing on helping homeowners not just during transactions but throughout their homeownership journey. These posts enhance your branding efforts and keep you top of mind with your network, while staying consistent with the platform's guidelines.

 


InTouch is platform neutral because it is a web-based product. You will use your Internet browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome or others. It can be accessed from a computer, tablet, iPad, or Smartphone with an Internet connection.
