How to Reauthorize your Social Media Account

Social networks allow InTouch and other third-party companies to access your account by granting access for a specific amount of time. When the time expires or if you change your social media password, access is revoked and needs to authorized again. Typically the authorization lasts 30-60 days.

1. If you received an email from InTouch indicating your post was unsuccessful and needs to be reauthorized, click the Update My Intouch link in the email.

2. If you did not receive and email, click on Settings in the navigation pane followed by Social Media Settings. Click the social media account indicating it has expired.
