Updating Your Credit Card

InTouch requires a valid credit card at all times. To update your payment information you can call Customer Service at 972-743-9887 or follow the instructions below.

1. Once logged into InTouch, you may view or edit your Member Account at any time and from anywhere inside of InTouch.

2. Click Settings in the application menu side pane. Click Membership Account.

3. Tab or click the Name on Credit Card field. Verify the name matches the new credit card.

4. Tab or click the Credit Card Number field. Enter the new credit card number without any spaces.

5. Tab or click the Expiration Date field. Enter the month and year the credit card expires.

6. Tab or click the Security Code field. Enter the new security code generally found on the back of the credit card.

7. When you are finished, press the Save Account Information button.
