Margaret Thoenen has been active in real estate and community development for over 50 years. She and her husband, Lawrence, started Lawrence Thoenen Homebuilders in 1965. As a team, they worked hard to build affordable, high-quality family housing for many families in Jefferson City and surrounding areas.
